Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
Some designs may be restocked, but many are limited or one-of-a-kind. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone 💫

🛒 Orders

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled, but we will accept changes within 12 hours of purchased
After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
At the moment, we mainly focus on ready-made designs.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days.
Shipping time depends on your location and may take 3–21 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over CAD $75 (Canada & U.S.).

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, tracking is included for most orders. You will receive it once your order has been shipped.

Q: Why is my package delayed?
Shipping delays may happen due to postal services or customs, which are unfortunately beyond our control. Thank you so much for your patience 🤍

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will take full responsibility and make it right.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products.

Minor imperfections, color differences, or change of mind are not eligible for return.

Q: What should I do when opening my package?
We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your order.
This helps us resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
